Shipping
 Orders are shipped UPS. With exception of back orders, your shoes should arrive to you in the USA in 5 to 7 working postal days and ABROAD in 5 to 8 days. Time can vary by country and any import taxes, duties ect you are responsible for.
   
Money Orders

Please include your name and phone number with the money order so we know who you are. Your purchase will be kept on hold 5 days or so until the money order arrives.
   
Prices
 Due to normal fluctuations in postage rates, shipping prices can vary. Shipping is not refundable.
   
Delivery
 UPS (united parcel post) does not deliver to PO Boxes. If this is your only option give us a call and we can set something else up. In some cases UPS will not deliver to rural routes either.
   
Confirmation
 When your package is signed for that is considered a delivery. For delivery problems we are happy to help you track it. However, if someone other that yourself has signed and received your package, we are not responsible for that.
   
Returns
 We are happy to do exchanges or refunds on new and unused merchandise. Exchanges or refunds are limited to 15 days from the time you receive your merchandise. If merchandise is used we will not exchange it. Test your shoes out at home on the carpet to avoid getting them dirty. Send your shoes in the original box and a note inside explaining what you would like done. You will pay for the shipping to us and we will pay to ship it back to you on exchanges. On some items like shoe polish or clothing, no exchange will be done. Shipping is not refundable. Phone orders are subject to verification. Thank you for reading this.
