There are around (8) main soles that Dr. Martens produce.

1. DMS- The classic original sole pattern.
2. HIKER. This sole is on Dr. Marten shoes and boots. It has a sole similar to a hiking boot.
3. BEN- Similar to the original DMS sole only thicker and with a little bit more treed.
4. BEX- A thicker version of the HIKER sole.
5. BUZZ- A chunky barreled sole with edges and a sportier look.
6. CLUB- A ladies heeled sole with hint of a wedge and barreled. Comes on some boots also.
7. ENVY- A super thick sole with heavyweight look and a heavyweight wear.
8. JAZZ- A new Catwalk sole, with a higher heel and a dressier, flared sole.
